Other Companies
editI worked at Trico's in the late 1980s and other companies with buildings on the Great West Road were Honeywell-Bull and Wang Laboratories. Both these sites were around about the crossroads near Brentford church, with Wang on one side of the GWR, Honeywell-Bull on the other nearest the church. There was also Flyover House nearest to the Chiswick Roundabout, but that was an empty shell when I was there IIRC. A bit further-on, travelling towards Hounslow, there was also a Lucozade factory with its animated neon sign, and a BOC site. On the other side of the GWR was a Smith-Kline Beecham site and an Alfa Laval one. IIRC, the white building next to Trico's was owned by Rank-EMI at the time.
Updating
editIt would be nice if it were clearer which of these buildings still exist, and what their addresses / coordinates are. --Macrakis (talk) 18:22, 30 May 2023 (UTC)
