I've restored the info on Ganchev's time as a Bulgarian State Security agent, and added detail to reference, including mention that the content detailing his role can be found in an MS Word document downloadable from the page in Bulgarian that is linked to. This info had been present in this Wikipedia page from 2016-11-07 to 2020-06-19, then removed on suspicion of being spam.
