Change of tense

This article seemed to refer to the GSB only in a historical sense, i.e. the first stud books created by James Weatherby. Since the GSB is still around I thought it logical to change the 'was' to 'is'. Peaky76 (talk) 09:44, 19 April 2013 (UTC)

My understanding is that the GSB no longer registers Arabians, that function taken over by the Arab Horse Society...? Montanabw^(talk) 18:40, 21 April 2013 (UTC)
