@Binod Basnet: What you’re trying to do is make Gandaki Pradesh the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for the disambiguation page. This usually requires consensus, in the form of a requested move discussion. Please read those pages that I linked. If you still feel that the province should be the primary topic, please start a discussion.
