I would suggest the person responsible for adding the pictures in the Gall page should state not only the name of the plant pictured but also the name of the insect inducing it, since the gall is a result of the interaction of (at least) these two organisms. In the part where it says that gall has many medical uses, maybe it could be inserted that at the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, as recorded in the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus was offered wine mixed with gall, which he refused to drink after tasting it (27:34).Jeremiahmccarver (talk) 18:39, 30 October 2013 (UTC)Reply
