Thank you for ,your explanations. If you played Chava, why don't you write about her as well?

Now that we are talking, I would like to mention that this is an encyclopedia article about Fyedka, which must be independent of artistic interpretations as much as possible. For example, you text says: "Fyedka looks at Chava, giving her a look telling her to tell her father, bids them good day." I have feeling that what desribed in this sentence is an interpretation of the deirector of your play. I may be mistaken, but anyway, please reconsider your text bearing my remark in mind. Also, it will be interesting to know whether there are differences in Fyedka's character in the original Tevye the Milkman and the Broadway version (no offense to Broadway, but they are often quite merciless to the original author). Place of meeting

Name

In English, you can have a diminutive as your legal name (Rob not Robert, ...), but in Slavic countries, the full version is always used in official writing, even if in everyday usage people use Fyedka not Fyodor. I've thus changed the first sentence to say so.

AfD?

There are no references for this article. It is simply a summary of the character in the libretto, and it is adequately covered by the Fiddler on the Roof plot summary. I would vote to delete it if someone starts an AfD; please alert me. -- Ssilvers (talk) 22:20, 19 July 2013 (UTC)
