Definition of Frognal area edit

Where is the evidence that Frognal is an area of Hampstead which extends beyond the long road of that name? There is a Ward which includes Frognal in its name but is a mich wider area. There are a further four or five other roads with Frognal as part of their name which have never historically been seen part of what appears to be just Estate Agents speak such as Frognal Lane, Rise, Gardens etc, let alone roads such as Greenaway Gardens, Reddington Road, Oak Hill Park etc and if Frognal Gardens included presumably so should Church Row which is clearly part of the redoubtable Hampstead Village. The lower end of Frognal, the road is not what one could call affluent. Can someone help by pointing to something out there which describes this nebulous community as Frognal rather than just Hampstead. I would also suggest that all the notable people are included on the List of residents of Hampstead with appropriate citations which has previously been discussed as the most logical approach to ensuring consistency.Tmol42 (talk) 16:07, 14 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Oh I completely agree, but it is the (partial) name of a station and due to estate agents that is all that matters in London any more, most of them use it! Unless the name is a patently stupid name for an area which Frognal is not. In which case some of their thicker number still use such names (eg Finchley Road).- Adam37 Talk 12:20, 5 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
