@GenQuest:, thank you for your edits. I cannot agree, however, with your assessment and with some of your removals. The subject of the article is a historical person of its area, that is why the remnants of his company are preserved as local history. His in-depth biography was published in Prosser (see the sources), so the general notability guideline has been met. Only online versions of some of the sources are behind paywalls, but offline versions of the same literature are available from many local libraries, and this circumstance should not impact the verifiability. In addition, you can download Prosser's book since it's out of copyright. Finally, some of your minor edits are either just a matter of taste or removals that occasionally change the meaning.
