editDarrent was not killed in Five Points. I am deleting this. He was killed at 11th and Speer, which is within the Golden Triangle of Denver. 69.15.176.66 17:23, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
Biased
edit"Among Denver residents, Five points has long been perceived as a haven for drug dealing, crime, poverty, prostitution, and gang violence, along with several other areas in East Denver. It is debatable whether such perceptions were ever truly based in reality or were merely stereotypes fostered by misconceptions of Five Points' predominantly minority population. With the demographics of the neighborhood now having undergone such a dramatic shift, this argument is confined to a recollection of an earlier time, for better or for worse."
This is biased... Simply look at crime statistics for the area and, while it is undergoing many much needed changes, the crime reports prove to the contrary of this hapless individuals attempt to blame his unfortunate position in society on "stereotypes fostered by misconceptions of... [the] minority population." How do I dispute this? —Preceding unsigned comment added by DerbyHound (talk • contribs) 01:40, 20 October 2007 (UTC)
