I removed the following from the end of the "Tropical cyclone forecasting" section:

The effect of global warming will mean the sea levels will rise, drowning many islands in the next few decades. Mass migration to perhaps New Zealand and Australia may then occur.

This is at best tangentially related to the Fiji Meteorological Service. If there's a connection between possibly rising sea levels and tropical cyclone forecasting, it needs to be made more explicit, and a citation needs to be provided.
