- A little digging suggests that Australia also has a federal common law. I can think of no other countries that have or would have both federalism and a common law court system, see High Court of Australia; however, since All territorial courts are appealable to the High Court, this is indistinguishable from a general common law. bd2412 T 10:19, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
