if you have access to telebirr, you can download a PDF version of your Fayda ID using your FIN (which you received from your initial sms). In which you can cut out the ID part , laminate and use per your need. Note that you can also use the ID digitally from telebirr without having to print.
In addition, you can also request a cardprint on the official national ID website , Id.et/cardprint ... Which will relatively take longer time as there's a long queue. And the office will reach out to you once it's printed.
