Untitled edit

I am in the process of putting together some additional information about FSA. However, I won't be back somewhere with a decent Internet connection until February 24th. In the mean time, it's very painful to edit, but I'll do my best. Hold off on the deletion discussion if you don't mind, until I've had a chance to put in some more background. -- DF
