Suggested merge of relief airport edit

Is relief airport a US only concept? While the FAA may classify a reliever airport in its system, that does not eliminate the need to have an article for this concept in the rest of the world. Vegaswikian (talk) 19:14, 1 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
