Under "functions and effects" the sources listed are either not reputable or not accessable. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eyes_exercise#cite_note-5 links to a government run website that makes many positive claims yet refers to no published studies and does not refer to the subject directly. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eyes_exercise#cite_note-6 does not list any further sources and clearly has a bias as they advertise services related to the topic. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eyes_exercise#cite_note-7 failed to load as of 18/11/17.
