Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a political campaign office. Of course the criticism should be noted, but the tone of the paragraph is desperately NPOV - however much I personally am sympathetic to the POV - and relies very heavily on a single polemic by Nick Cohen. Proposed merge with 2023 European Games
