I am trying to expand this article. It would be helpful to have more detail about the three major accusations, and a section on the embracing of her story in the 20th century as part of local "color", with content about the "Goodie Cole Society" and the "Goodie Cole doll" made in 1938 for the 300th anniversary of Hampton.
