editI just read the article of Mr Ernesto Mila Rodriguez about ETA "Influence du national -socialisme sur les inspirateurs de ETA) I have to say it is a real mass and that the author has no knowledge about the Basc Problem. As I knew later that M EMR is a neo nazi I am not surprised. Instead of a lack of knwoledge, it is a kind of brain washing or mis information; in brief something worth of any facist or nazi.
Mr E Mila R said "do we know how ETA was born" Everyone who knows about the recent history of Euskadi does know that ETA was founded at seeing the laxism of the historic Nationalist Party of the Basc Country during Franco's rule. One of the struggle model of ETA was the Algerian Nationalist Revolution agiant French Imperialism. Nothing to see with nazism or any "ethno nazism". Ethnism is not racism but a policy based of the cultural recovering economic developement and politic acceptance of an opprimed nationality, being the nationality defined by linguistic criteria. One ethnist militant is struggling for the interest of its own ethny and supports the fighting of any ethny which is in the same opression situation. Nazisme was implementing a pan germanism "Deutschland uber alles" and trys to destroy other nations.
MM Krutwig and Mirande are not very representative of the Basc Nationalist Society. Mr Krutwig that I knew in Algeria in 1972 was a bright intelectual, and had some very positive ideas about the struggle for national liberation. Since Mr Krutwig has been living out of Euskadi since 1963 to 1977, he has few contacts with ETA activists. Althought he was considered as the thinking master of ETA he did not beleive so. They had some common ideas. Mr Miranda was rather hated in the Basc Country for his facism, antisemitism, anti christianism (Euskadi was deeply catholic this time). Mr Mirande was living alone (More alone than Mr Krutwig) and reached the situation of seeming to hate basc language at the end of his life. He refused to receive ANAITASUNA nues paper which was ruled by nationalist and leftist basc priests, and didd not write anymore in basc language. I did nit know Mr Miranda, but I have to recognize he was a good basc writer, but in advance for his time and basc society, and tah was in my opinion the main cause of his lonelyless and suicide.
In conclusion it is false to say the basc nationalism was inpired bay nazism. We have to observe who was against Hitler during the spanish civil war: comunists, araquists, republocan basc and calalan nationalists.
Why in this post the subject is called "catalan" and in the most of catalan people on the wikipedia, like Salvador Dali, Xavi Hernandez, Dani Pedrosa, are usually described as Spanish, in gneral? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 158.109.236.82 (talk) 11:23, 30 June 2015 (UTC)
