Creighton Burns edit

The article states "In July 1940 the Victorian publicity censor, Creighton Burns (later editor of The Age)....".

This is clearly impossible. Creighton Burns was born in 1925, which would have made him 15 in 1940. Either it was a different Creighton Burns, it was not 1940, or it was someone else altogether. The Burns entry itself states that in 1940 he became a cadet journalist.

Also, I am not sure what the "Victorian Publicity Censor" is. I've never heard of the position, and it sounds rather unlikely. The only meaningful reference on Google is back to the Butler article.
