Merge Entrainment rate into Entrainment (meteorology) edit

Entrainment is an ambiguous term, and thus I think Entrainment rate is also ambiguous. For example, there's probably an entrainment rate in Entrainment (hydrodynamics) too. Wbm1058 (talk) 01:06, 15 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
