Why vertical integration edit

I think it behooves us to say why ESA chose vertical payload integration, necessitating the addition of the launch service building and different procedures from the existing Soyuz sites. All I've seen is "customer demand", but that's not an adequate explanation at all. -- Finlay McWalterჷTalk 19:44, 15 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
