Deletion discussion issues
editThis article came to my attention based on the NewPageFeed as the oldest needing review. I find several irregularities.
1) Article was nominated for deletion on July 1, 2012 and closed for deletion on July 11, 2012. But it is still here, recreated.
The article had the following tags on July 1, 2012:
