Dispute with Israeli ambassador to France

edit

Not sure how salient the entirety of Khoury's quote is, but this holocaust denial+ambassador row seems to be one of the things 'most quoted' about Khoury on other websites, so on balance I included it.Palmiro 20:38, 23 July 2005 (UTC)Reply

Mixing up Elias Khoury with Elias_Khoury_(lawyer)

edit

This article mixes up some info corresponding to other person also called Elias Khoury. It also includes this link, which points to the Palestinian lawyer, not the Lebanese writer. I'm removing it.--Filius Rosadis (talk) 12:37, 5 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Published works

edit

I've added the Biblio template to indicate that this list requires expansion and formatting according to Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Lists of works#Books in languages other than English. --Deborahjay (talk) 14:51, 15 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

Template removed as I cleaned up and filled in the Novels list myself. The Published works section still needs further information, possibly from the Arabic WP page. -- Deborahjay (talk) 16:15, 15 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

Fake references

edit

An editor added a lot of content in 2019[1], all the references they added were fake and have nothing to do with the subject (they haven't edited since). I've removed the references[2]. Someone with knowledge of the subject needs to go through the article and check it's content. -- LCU ActivelyDisinterested «@» °∆t° 18:29, 16 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

This is going to be made harder as his obituaries may have taken inspiration from the Wikipedia article. -- LCU ActivelyDisinterested «@» °∆t° 19:33, 16 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Ian (Wiki Ed), I’m disappointed to see this happened under the auspices of Wiki Ed (see the editor’s contribs), and hope the program will take responsibility for rectifying the damage done. Innisfree987 (talk) 20:20, 16 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
Ugh, this is bad, and definitely not ok for a class. Thanks for the ping Innisfree987. I will get to trying to clean this up tomorrow. Thanks for catching this ActivelyDisinterested. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 20:28, 17 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
