Madame Elena Fekete de Galantha was born on 24 November 1890 in Pozsony County {WRONG Her birth: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:9Q97-Y39F-YVM?i=275&cc=1554443&personaUrl=%2Fark%3A%2F61903%2F1%3A1%3AV14Y-6LF 1890. nov. 25. in Holics registry, in Szentistvánfalva Nyitra County = now Popudinské Močidľany Slovakia}, Hungary an heir to the Magyar nobility, daughter of Count {WRONG, only noble without noble estate} Johan Alexander Fekete and Amelia (von Krompholtz) {WRONG: her mother was Amalia (Emilia) Tesar, her grandmother was Catharina Krompholz} de Galantha. Her family was killed {WRONG her father died 1945 in Budapest} in World War I {WRONG, it was in WWII.} when the Russian army overtook Hungary.[1] Her great grandfather was Regent to Queen Maria Theresa of Austria and her great uncle proclaimed the youthful Francis Joseph Emperor of Austria and King of Hungary in 1848 {WRONG her grandfather was prisondirector in Liptóvár. His brothers were too young in 1848 in Olmütz. In 1867 Gyula Andrássy placed the crown on the hungarian king's head with the bishop.}[2][3] de Galantha died at Worcester Memorial Hospital on 5 January 1986 and is buried at Evergreen Cemetery in Leominster, Worcester County, Massachusetts.[1][4] From Hungary to New York
From an early age de Galantha dreamed of the pursuit of being a physician and to follow in the footsteps of her great-uncle, Professor Hermann Nothnagel, a well-known surgeon {WRONG he was internist} of Vienna. As the daughter and granddaughter of army generals {WRONG her father was village district notary, her grandfather was prisondirector} there seemed to be no obstacles in her way. She attended the University of Vienna in Austria, pursuing studies in medicine. Then World War I (1914-1918) broke out and her life changed dramatically {WRONG She got married with Florian Boltizar in 1910 in Holics https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:9Q97-Y39J-2W3?from=lynx1UIV8&treeref=L8FW-DDH&i=201 and ind 1912 she went to USA}. The plans for additional college education and a medical career ended. de Galantha's father returned to serve in the army and was killed when the Russian Army invaded Hungary {WRONG her father was too old to serve (55y)}. Her mother turned to nursing the sick and wounded and died during the War.
