Proposed move edit

The content of this article appears to be exclusively about oxygen sensors used for breathing gas analysis. There is nothing at all about fuel cells in general. I suggest changing the title to Electro-galvanic oxygen sensor or similar and leaving the original title available for the generic article when someone gets to writing it.
