The translation of the name is not great (I assume "National" would probably be a more accurate rendering in English). It seems that "Election Office (Iran)" may be a better title, as it is the name given to the body by the IFES and is one of the names used in the only English source listed in the article. I tried to translate it accurately. The exact translation for Keshvar is "Country" ("National" would be Melli) and Setad means "Headquarters", "Office" is for Daftar. I found no WP:COMMONNAME in English for the name, so I translated it on my own calque-style. If there is a consensus on a common name, I have no objection, but I have not found a common name yet.
