Copyright concerns edit

I've had to remove the section "In Plymouth Colony" due to copyright concerns. The section included two paragraphs largely copied from Nathaniel, Philbrick (2006) Mayflower: A story of Courage, Community and War which, unfortunately, is still in copyright. For example, in the text we had "Each them being equipped with a musket, sword, and corselet, a light form of body armor that included a metal breastplate" while in Philbrick (p 70) "Each them was equipped with a musket, sword, and corselet, a light form of body armor that included a metal breastplate". The slight change in wording isn't enough to differentiate the two, I'm afraid, and much of the rest of the text was similarly identical. - Bilby (talk) 01:48, 11 April 2012

I understand and thank you for your help. I know that Philbrick is almost identical to the Not in copyright Myles Standish book I cited but apparently, I needed to reword better. Mugginsx (talk) 22:09, 12 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
