Talk:Educational Review

Title edit

The correct title of this periodical is Educational Review, and has never been The Educational Review. One can easily confirm this, because Google Books contains the entire back catalog in text and PDF form, and McInerny (2007), the most authoritative source on its history, refers to it as Educational Review. It is unclear why this title was recently moved. Viriditas (talk) 20:46, 18 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

@Viriditas: Articles I had read on McAnderew and Others often used a proper "The" in the title of the article. Sources such as this and this seemed indicate the title includes a formal "The", but I now see these refered to a seperate publication. SecretName101 (talk) 20:58, 18 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
Yes, it refers to The Educational Review, a UK publication. That’s an easy error to make. Are you able to reverse the move? Viriditas (talk) 21:04, 18 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
Made request to reverse at Wikipedia:Requested moves/Technical requests SecretName101 (talk) 21:06, 18 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
Good work. Viriditas (talk) 21:06, 18 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
Yeah. Not sure why most newspapers seemed to have used a proper "The". SecretName101 (talk) 21:15, 18 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
Having worked with this problem before in many previous instances, I can tell you that newspapers make many mistakes. Also, typo fix. Viriditas (talk) 21:33, 18 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
