I wonder why my original article that I wrote in late 2006, early 2007 on Eddie Durham was deleted. It had a lot more information than this article does, as well as citations. It must have been one of those overzealous, undereducated, deletion-hungry admins again... Stevenmitchell (talk) 14:44, 4 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Again, I do not understand why Wikipedia has such defective administrators... It is no wonder that the world is in a depression. Is it simply the elevation of inadequacy and incompetency to a position of authority? Unfortunately, I will not write this article again, but this man was my personal friend and it is a shame that this article and all of its research was and could have been deleted on Wikipedia without my knowledge or an opportunity for a response. We truly live in an age when so-called democracy is really tyranny (that is for those a little light upstairs, rule by tyrants) and final actions that have repercussions can be taken by people that undoubtedly have difficulty dressing themselves when they wake up. That he was your friend disqualifies you writing the article because you cannot be impartial about the subject. Anyone interested in the rules of Wikipedia is free to read them.
