Live shows and technical difficulties edit

There was a technical difficulty with Ed's live show from Symphony Hall on 19 December 2008. The show nevertheless started for the people that were there, with Phil Upton continuing on the radio for about 10 minutes until the link was established. I haven't heard what Phil did during that time - I was in the live audience. This could probably do with editing in - the structure of the big paragraph is somewhat clumsy.
