The article uses the words "The DC voltage will be +/-525 kV". Does this mean two wires, one at +525 kV with respect to earth, one at -525 kV? Or two wires with 525 kV between them, one wire positive and one negative?
Reference 1 says, "Rigid bi-pole configuration without metal return and overall outage of +-525kV."
"Outage"? Is that a jargon term or is it a misprint?
