Removing 'Not to be confused'
editAt the beginning of the article is the template text: Not to be confused with the American band "The Eagles" I removed this, as the genre, era, members, and spelling are different. My change has been reverted. Could we come to a consensus please? →StaniStani 02:05, 20 October 2014 (UTC)
- The pronunciation is similar; if there's any chance of confusion, what harm does a simple hatnote serve? Powers T 20:26, 20 October 2014 (UTC)
- 'The Who' vs 'The Guess Who' don't have this tag. Also, we seem to have a slow motion edit war going on here. Could both of you come back to the talk page? I'm not going to revert, although so far it seems more editors (and at least one Eagull) believe there should be no such tag than do. →StaniStani 11:25, 1 November 2014 (UTC)
- 'The Who' and 'The Guess Who' do not have the same pronunciation. Powers T 00:09, 11 November 2014 (UTC)

Band breakup
editI was curious about why that band had been considered dead since 2016 on wiki, so I dug up a bit and found a 2021 source confirming it. Idk when they broke up exactly, but their last show took place in Bordeaux, France in 2017. Postpunkgroupie (talk) 14:27, 16 October 2021 (UTC)
I think 2018 would be a more accurate "breakup" year than 2016 since this is the year when they last updated their social media. Postpunkgroupie (talk) 14:30, 16 October 2021 (UTC)
