Contested deletion

I have removed the list of topics that my Journal is interested in. But personally I cannot imagine how can I state with my own words e.g. [Software Engineering] ???
I have put reference to the Different Scientific Index and Search Engines that indexes our Journal. It is not so easy to be included in e.g. Web od Science (run by Thomson Reuters or Scopus run by Elsevier.
I think that the page has been written with informative language.
