Counties
editHow many counties does this little town exist in? Right now three are mentioned with a fourth also noted in Dunkirk county> Should only be one. Buster Seven Talk 15:09, 20 February 2016 (UTC)
- Officially it's in two. The incorporated borders given in USGS topo maps and at Google Maps show that the town is mostly in Jay but also partly in Blackford. (Everything west of Main Street and north of Blackford Avenue lies in Blackford County.) I've updated the page to clarify this.
- As for the third county (Delaware), the town's southwestern border does abut the county line, but doesn't extend over it; however, even though the official border doesn't cross that line, it appears that homes and businesses that are part of the community do, so one might be able to make the case that (at least in practice) it extends slightly into Delaware. ╠╣uw [talk] 19:43, 20 February 2016 (UTC)
