Notability edit

A nonentity. Norvelle does not even merit this page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 131.111.8.104 (talkcontribs) 13:35, 19 June 2007

Writing style edit

The writing style needs a bit of work here, as it currently seems a bit chatty, almost like a newspaper article. Pelago (talk) 09:19, 1 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Clumsy plug for his heterosexuality edit

"He has 3 children, Sophie (with former girlfriend Trudi Dean), Yasmin (with ex-wife Tina Hall) and Jack (with current wife Jane)."

I can only imagine that Mr Norvelle himself, sick of decades of people thinking he was gay, resorted to inserting the preceding clumsy quote. Is it good practice to include the names of people's children when they are not in the public eye ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 116.30.199.207 (talk) 10:05, 11 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Star quality edit

Duncan Norville is far from a nonentity in my opinion. He is a talented entertainer with great empathy for his audiences. He has an excellent singing voice and is an authentic mimic, better than most. He brings so many characters into his act. In Panto, which attracts a mixed audience of children and adults, he is the ideal lead person. He can bring audience members up on stage and interact with them to create further entertainment. That takes real skill, and there are not many who can do that successfully or better. Much underrated. 2A00:23C5:1068:9001:65A6:6977:4C1:1109 (talk) 00:26, 22 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
