Merge with DMA? edit

I'm not exactly sure why two separate pages for DMus and for DMA. They are both considered to be essentially synonymous. Perhaps the only difference of the two names is that the former is more common in the UK and the latter in the US, but regardless they are both considered to be the same qualification.
