Adding ongoing supreme court petition section edit

There is a petition in the supreme court of India challenging the automatic disqualification upon conviction with immediate effect. I think we should add this information on this page as many are not aware about it but while landing on this page, they will know, also it would help in updating the page with up-to-date legality.
