Just a note to give a rationale for adding a redlink here. List of authors of names published under the ICZN lists Lowell Dingus, and a little searching gives reason to believe that he is a notable person. The problem is that we don't have an article here on him. I did provide a reference to his publisher, and can add more if anyone has an objection. There are plenty of them out there.
