PROD removed
editI've removed the PROD tag. The article currently has two WP:RS, a Reuters news story and an Infobae Argentine news item. I see from Google News that there's a Panama Online news item as well. This should be discussed at Afd, if you wish. Shawn in Montreal (talk) 15:55, 7 September 2013 (UTC)
