Reroute edit
This REDIRECT should go to the same phrase with different capitalization. That article has a hatnote for those who are searching for the US version, so they will quickly go there. I see that the hatnote I mentioned above has been eliminated and rightly so. This redirect should not link back to the USDoI for the same reason the hatnote was eliminated— systemic bias. Since nobody appears to want to discuss this here, I have taken the disagreement to the talk page of the target where this redirect should link.
