Adding Link to your site edit

Dear Dartmouth, MA page editors/administrators,

My name is Tracy and I'm currently trying to add some relevant links to the local towns of South Coast Massachusetts. The local newspaper is The Standard Times and the website for the The Standard Times is SouthCoastToday.com. Within SouthCoastToday.com are town specific pages for each of the towns that it hits. The page link for Dartmouth, MA is http://www.southcoasttoday.com/apps/pbcs.dll/section?category=TOWN02 . This page contains all of the local news, events, photos, etc. specifically for Dartmouth, MA. I am writing today to request an addition for this link. If this is approved, can you please name the link SouthCoastToday.com/Dartmouth?

Also, we also have some relevant information for the Budget Crisis that Dartmouth is going through currently and all of the information on the two school closings of Cushman and Gidley. Here is the link for the main page that contains all of the articles http://www.southcoasttoday.com/apps/pbcs.dll/section?Category=SPECIAL36 and also a more specific link to the article that has the information on the voters outcome http://www.southcoasttoday.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070801/NEWS/708010347/-1/SPECIAL36 . I know that you have a section in here on Education, since it's history in the making. If you use the information in any of these pages, please please free to use us as a reference and post the link to SouthCoastToday.com/the name of the specific link.

Please let me know if we can add the town link. And if you think that the information in the second paragraph would be a good add for this page.

Thank You, Tracy S.

Fair use rationale for Image:DartmouthSeal.gif edit

Image:DartmouthSeal.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
