Contested deletion edit

This page should not be speedy deleted because... Daniel Vee Lewis was a founding member and foundational player in World Entertainment War, a major label artist in the early 1990s. Their album was reviewed in several large publications including SF Weekly and the San Francisco Chronicle.

As evidenced by the contested deletion in 2008 of the World Entertainment War page, at that time, a google search for their name in quotes yielded 15,000+ results. A search for their name today (in quotes) on google results in 46,500+ results; with "World Entertainment War" & "Daniel Lewis" both in quotes yields 91 hits. For more info about published sources, see the list on their home page. It's a common enough name that searching simply by his name alone would yield vast numbers of irrelevant results, but searches involving his name & any of the bands he has collaborated with yield good solid reliable sources & many results, all of which I intend to plumb for additional citeable details.

Mr. Lewis himself is "recognized as one of the finest bass players in the Bay Area"[1], having applied his skills to literally hundreds of fruitful collaborations over the course of his career. He far surpasses the lower standard of "any credible claim of significance or importance" and easily meets the higher standard of notability. Please do not delete, as I intend to improve the page also. Thanks! duff 12:11, 17 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
