The article's opening paragraph was a cut-and-paste directly from Covey's official site at [[1]], and appears to be a copyright violation. I re-wrote to try to keep the gist but remove the copyvio. See WP:COPY for Wikipedia policy on copyright, which very briefly, is: "Do not copy text from other websites without a GFDL-compatible license. It will be deleted."
