Scanned from "Lillian Russell: The Era of Plush," by Parker Morell, 1940, Random House. In book, picture is captioned as "Mama." Per Peter at the Helpdesk, copyright is not an issue, since the photo was taken more than 100 years ago, and the photographer, though not identified, is probably long since dead.
