This page seems to be written by the property owner. It's certainly good info, but Galtier isn't quite as succesful as the article makes it out to be. Much of it is still empty and the retail era has pretty much ended at Galtier.

I concur that this article is quite biased and should be flagged and rewritten. Galtier Plaza is a rather desolate place, and the promise of "when it shelters the mix of activities promised, it will fulfill its potential for vitality in a most important place" is terribly optimistic. It is totally biased and needs to have lots of information added or most of this should be struck from the wikirecord.

Agreed. This reads like it was written by a PR specialist. If you remove most of the biased words and change the tone of the piece to conform to wikipedia standards, you have almost nothing left.

I will try to add more information. The article leaves a few key points out, such as bankruptcy litigation and shifts between owners.

This needs revision - Galtier mostly emptu edit

As of now (Feb 2024) the commercial portions of what was Cray Plaza are completely empty. The YMCA left, but Bigos bought it up and has reopened it as a rec center for residents of their downtown St. Paul apartment buildings. Bigos states that they have taken over the former commercial portions of the complex and are working to potentially convert them to more residential. Acidradio (talk) 03:48, 9 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
