Fair use rationale for Image:ST-VOY Couse Oblivion.jpg

Image:ST-VOY Couse Oblivion.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Problem with Course: prefix

There was a temporary problem with reaching the page Course: Oblivion (Star Trek: Voyager) because "Course" became a new Wikipedia namespace. At the time of writing this has been switched off, and the page has been restored at Course:Oblivion (Star Trek: Voyager) and moved back to Course: Oblivion (Star Trek: Voyager) (with a space after the colon). – Fayenatic London 12:19, 27 June 2012 (UTC)

When I came to this Talk page I was surprised to see that there was none. Perhaps the original was lost through the experiment with the Course namespace.
