Modern international 333[1]organization edit

I recently watched something on television that stated Richard Branson, with some world leaders including Nelson Mandela, started a group which was referred to as a 'Council of Elders' for international rights, 12 of them or so, this group was started on Branson & Mandela's shared birthday apparently.
