Talk:Cotton University

Request

Hi, it Cotton College state university and cotton college is merged into Cotton University. Currently we have two wikipedia pages 1.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cotton_College,_Guwahati 2.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cotton_University

I beleive that these pages need to be combined in a way that we get both of these pages content in a correct way. I ain't a experienced user here so if anyone would like to guide or do the necessary steps,  it would be good. This institution has a great importance in the state. I propose that Cotton College, Guwahati be merged into Cotton University. Cotton College, Guwahati has been upgraded in 2017 to be a university, so these two articles describe the same institute in different periods, before 2017 and after 2017. I think that the content in the Cotton College, Guwahati can easily be explained in the context of Cotton University, and the Cotton University article is of a reasonable size that the merging of Cotton College, Guwahati will not cause any problems as far as article size or undue weight is concerned.
