This article spends a fair bit of time talking about ramifications of the CWO and apparently defending its use, but it needs to say what a CWO actually IS... the reader is left guessing that perhaps it means working on something, in public, but cannot quite be sure. I would fix it myself but I don't know exactly what one is either. ++Lar 03:59, 11 October 2005 (UTC)Reply
