I have made some revisions to the "Contributing Editor" page and I am now seeking feedback on these revisions. Please let me know what areas look good in my revisions and what could use improvements. Thanks for your help.

Hello.

I would like to note the revisions I have made to the "contributing editor" page in hopes of improving its readability and enhancing the information provided. I provided citations to the information that was previously on the page. I expanded upon the definition of "contributing editor" and added in elements such as: salary for contributing editors, and skills that the editors need to employ to be valuable in their work environment. These are things I think can help the reader or researcher better understand the contributing editor and the nature of their role in the editing world. I added back links to other terms within Wikipedia incase the reader needs outside references to define terms. If you see areas in which I should expand content or revise, please let me know. Thank you!

I have some questions about your edits (I realize they're quite late in coming since you made the edits in 2018). The Forbes article cited in the salary section doesn't actually make any reference to "contributing editors" -- it covers editor salaries and these are different roles. I edited the text to note that the salary information is from 2011, but I'm not sure that the salary data is even accurate if that one Forbes piece is really the source.
